Accounts and Booking System FAQ

Enrolments and Accounts

  • Direct Debit info:

    • During enrolment, you do not have to sign up for DD - to skip this part of the enrolment, please just press the Save & Continue button.​​
    • Processing: direct debits will be processed on the Tuesday following statement issuing. This will allow time for you to review the deduction amount on your statements, prior to us running the deduction on your bank account.

  • How much are the transaction Fees: The payment transaction fees are calculated based on the type of account/card you are using to make payment.

    • Card/Acct type

      • Bank account debit  -  0.88%

      • Standard Mastercard  -  1.67%

      • Standard Visa  -  1.87%

      • Corporate/Premium Mastercard  -  2.1%

      • Corporate/Premium Visa  -  2.3%

      • American Express  -  2.3%

      • International Cards  -  3.4%

  • How to notify your child is absent: Email us at oshc@mpsspnc.com

    • Please tell us the dates that you will be away and what sessions this will be applicable for. ​

  • How to cancel your bookings: If you no longer have a need for OSHC services, please email oshc@mpsspnc.com - There is a 7-day notification period with this.

  • When are statements issued:  All statements will be issued on the Monday following the week of care (rather than Friday night as previously done). This will allow for CCS payments to be received and credited to your accounts prior to issuing the statements.

Bookings & Saved Shortcut

  • How to book a casual day on the pre-saved shortcut: Video

    • Login -> Down the bottom is a calendar icon -> Pick the date you are looking for -> Then book the session.​

      • This method can only be used after you have saved the shortcut to your home screen.​

      • Please note that you can only book this way up to a week in advance.

  • How to update bookings: Video

    • To start - Login.

    • From the home screen, under enrolment click the child name

    • Click new booking

    • Click the repeat button -> update the start date -> Click how often you want the booking to repeat -> pick what session you are looking for -> Click on the days that you are looking for -> Click the session code -> press request​

      • ​When you are updating your booking, please include all of the days that you are looking for. Think of this as if it's a brand-new booking.​

  • Vacation Care Bookings: Video​

    • To start - Login.

    • From the home screen, under enrolment, click the child name

    • Click new Vocational Program booking

    • Click the days you would like to book in for

      • Green means available - Grey means that we are closed or full.​

      • Excursions are marked as separate bookings on the same day.​​

        • Do not book for both at-service and Excursion; otherwise, you will be charged twice. (One or the other!)​

    • Press save and continue at the end of the page.​

    • Then on the left-hand side, jump to the end via the Review and submit button.

    • Then press submit to finalise it. 

      • This is then sent to OSHC team, and they will approve the application.​
