Meetings are typically held at 7.00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month in the school library.
The Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) is held each year, prior to either February or March’s monthly meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.

If you are unable to attend, but would like to raise an item under general business please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. You must include details of the general business and your name and contact details. Thank you. If you would like to become a P&C member the membership forms are available at meetings or you can get a copy here and bring it with you. Prior to an A.G.M. if you would like to nominate someone for an Executive position you can complete the nomination form.
