Middle Park School Fête – 2012
The students of Middle Park State School need your help!
In winter 2012 we will be holding our next bi-annual fête. Over
the years, our fête has grown and developed and is now recognised
across the Centenary suburbs and adjoining localities as a must-see
event that attracts thousands of visitors during the course of the day.
We would like to invite your business to be part of the excitement of this event by becoming one of our sponsors. As a sponsor you have the potential to promote your company to thousands of local households.
Our fête is the major fund-raising event for the school, and sponsors play a key role in the running of the event, as it is only through the generosity of organisations such as yours that the fête can be held and valuable funds raised to enhance our children’s education.
FÊTE FORMAT
The day starts officially at 11am and concludes at 7pm affording sponsors up to 8 hours of prime exposure.
The fête itself has something for everyone:
- All day entertainment with musical performances, dance groups and more
- Great fun rides for all ages and sideshow alley
- Food and beverages to suit all tastes such as burgers, hotdogs, café, pizzas, coffee & tea etc
- All the regular fête favourites like pre-loved, cakes, sweets, sample bags, craft and various raffles
We are asking local businesses to support our school in any way that
they can. Donations of prizes and gift vouchers etc will be used in many areas of the fête, e.g. Cent/Silent Auction, Sample Bags, and Sideshow Alley.
A monetary donation will go towards buying merchandise, rides, entertainment etc. For exclusive naming rights on a stall or attraction,
your business may consider sponsoring:
- Rides (each approx) $1,200 – $3,300
- Strawberry Tent $500
- Pony Rides $500
- Stage (for entertainment) $900
- Pizza Stall $600
- Popcorn & Fairy Floss $800
- Glow Sticks $1000
- Sideshow Alley $700
- Craft Stall $400
In return for your support, we can provide the following:
- Name and/or logo and link to your website here and in every Fête
News (this publication is distributed to every school family regularly)
- Recognition in the school community
- Your business recognized and/or advertised in our Fête Program distributed to all who attend the fête
- Professional PA acknowledgements on the day
- Exclusive naming rights for a stall, attraction or auction prize
(donations from $250)
- Distribution of company flyer and/or business card with weekly school newsletter (donations from $500)
